The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to lead our team on a major project: the BHP Western Ridge Crusher Project near Newman, WA. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of a significant BHP expansion, overseeing electrical work that is crucial to the project's success. You will ensure all wiring, connections, and installations meet our safety and quality standards.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading all electrical works across critical infrastructure, including conveyors, transfer stations, and the main substation. Your duties will include:

  • Mentoring and managing trades personnel and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating daily on-site operations and liaising between the project and engineering teams.
  • Enforcing safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the electrical industry.
  • Relevant electrical trade qualifications and certifications.
  • Section 26 or 44 training is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus if you hold a BHP Induction.
  • Available to start immediately.
