Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As the voice of our platform, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality documentation and educational content that inspires users to build, explore, and innovate with our exchange.

About the Role

You will go beyond traditional API docs, creating user-friendly guides, help articles, and blog posts that make our features shine and empower our community. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to stay ahead of new features and updates.

A strong collaboration skill is essential as you will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will also be responsible for defining and maintaining documentation standards for voice, tone, and style.

Responsibilities:
  • Educate & Inspire: Own the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for our platform and APIs.
  • Make Features Discoverable: Write clear, concise, and compelling help documentation for every feature of our Exchange.
  • Be a Developer Advocate: Translate complex technical concepts and code into accessible examples and guides.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with product and engineering teams to stay ahead of new features and updates.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technical writing experience.
  • Domain expertise in crypto trading and/or exchange platforms is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing your ability to explain complex technical topics with clarity and impact.
  • Ability to read and understand code in multiple programming languages.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Passion for technology and a genuine empathy for the developer and user experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related field.
