As an Aged Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents, providing personalized care and empathetic companionship. This is a highly rewarding role that makes a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team at IRT Crown Gardens, Batemans Bay. The position involves working morning shifts (7:00am to 3:00pm) with varied hours across two weeks.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting residents with daily tasks and activities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support and have the ability to adapt to changing situations. You will also need to be empathetic and passionate about supporting older Australians to live their best life.
