We are looking for client-focused individuals with a genuine passion for the care industry.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Gardener/Lawnmower to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and respectful services.
Our primary goal is to help clients maintain independence and live empowered lives at home.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
A strong passion for empowering and caring for others with respect
Compassion and respect for clients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Attention to detail, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
High level of time management and organizational skills
Experience in maintaining and repairing gardening equipment
Position entails the following, however not limited to:
Lawn maintenance (Mow and whipper snipper)
Weeding
Basic handyman assistance
Upkeep of Company vehicles
Transport assistance when required
This position will involve servicing clients in the Hervey Bay and Maryborough region.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
National Police check
Blue Card
First Aid & CPR
Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual care (Advantageous, however not essential)
