**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and administer employee share plans, providing exceptional service to clients across various industries.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • To deliver on client expectations in the management of share plans through proactive planning, coordination, and follow-up.
  • To understand and represent our organization's vision and objectives within the context of equity plan solutions.
  • To partner with team leaders to identify risks and implement operational controls, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • To maintain an in-depth knowledge of client Employee Share Plans, staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and best practices.
  • To develop expertise and awareness among team members regarding client-plan level variations and associated risks, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • To deliver activities within agreed service level agreements, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • To implement internal quality control measures for share plan administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
