**Overview**

To manage the administration of the Employee Share Plans for a portfolio of clients

To support the Equity Plan Solutions (EPS) Client Relationship Managers with the management of Link's

Relationship with its EPS clients

**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- Understand and deliver to client/employee expectations in the management of share plans
- Understand and represent Equity Plan Solutions vision and objectives
- Partnering with Team Leader and Manger of EPS on the identification of risks and the implementation of appropriate operational and procedural controls
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client's Employee Share Plans
- Develop expertise and awareness in all team members regarding
- transactional processes and procedures
- Client-plan level variations and associated risks
- delivery within client service level agreements
- internal quality control measures for the administration of share plans
- the maintenance of appropriate administration and processing records
- Reconcile accounts in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with agreed service standards
- Ensure meeting efficiency and quality assurance targets ( Enlighten)
- Manage and coordinate incidental project requirements within EPS. The range of projects may include:

- system or procedural improvements or awareness
- client initiated tasks outside of daily operations
- periodic, regulatory projects (such as ATO reporting)
- user acceptance testing
- Prepare documents, correspondence, statements and reports for clients
- Continuous and proactive focus on recommendations that will yield improved operational efficiency, system enhancements, revenue opportunities or risk reduction
- Participate positively as a team member and contribute to the ongoing success of the Equity Plan Solutions Business
