**Job Title:** Performance Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled individual to drive market-first solutions for a global company dedicated to improving well-being through their products and services.

This role offers a strong culture of testing and learning, allowing you to articulate new ideas and partner with one of the agency's flagship clients who are constantly open to pushing digital boundaries.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years' experience in a similar role within performance media, working across SEM, Paid Search, and Programmatic channels. They should also possess Intermediate to Advanced Google Marketing Platform experience, with a focus on Google Ads, Google Analytics, and DV360.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for performance media campaigns
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform campaign optimization
  • Manage and lead a team of analysts and account managers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate to Advanced Google Marketing Platform experience
  • Strong team management, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
