About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Transport Connected Bus (TCB) program, a key initiative to enhance accessibility, sustainability, and quality of living for the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver the TCB program, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Spatial Analysts and Data Entry Officers, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and bus operator stakeholders to analyze stakeholder needs and develop change interventions to maximize user uptake and embed new technology solutions.
About You
  • Expertise in project management and change management, with a proven track record of leading teams and resolving issues.
  • Experience in managing and gathering spatial data, including routes and timetables.
  • Exposure to bus technology and working with bus operators.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and develop solutions.
