Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in managing spatial data and transportation systems? We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Intelligent Transport Systems team and deliver the Transport Connected Bus (TCB) program.

This exciting program involves tracking the entire NSW fleet of Transport's contracted buses and providing real-time data to passengers through a mobile app. As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a high-performing team of Spatial Analysts and Data Entry Officers, ensuring the program is delivered on time, within budget, and produces the intended business outcomes.

You'll work collaboratively with delivery teams and bus operator stakeholders to analyze stakeholder needs and impacts, develop and execute change interventions, and maximize user uptake and embed new technology solutions within the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting a high-performing team of Spatial Analysts and Data Entry Officers
  • Working collaboratively with delivery teams and bus operator stakeholders
  • Analyzing stakeholder needs and impacts
  • Developing and executing change interventions
  • Maximizing user uptake and embedding new technology solutions

Requirements:

  • Expertise in project management and the management of change
  • Experience in managing and gathering spatial data, including routes and timetables
  • Exposure to bus technology and working with bus operators
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
