As a key member of the Intelligent Transport Systems team, you will play a crucial role in the management and delivery of the Transport Connected Bus (TCB) program. This exciting initiative aims to track the entire NSW fleet of Transport's contracted buses, providing passengers with real-time data at their fingertips to plan their journey.

As the Senior Spatial Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and mentoring a high-performing team of Spatial Analysts and Data Entry Officers. Your expertise in project management and change management will enable you to bring people together to resolve issues and share in achievements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and gathering spatial data, including routes and timetables
  • Working collaboratively with delivery teams and bus operator stakeholders to deliver all aspects of the program
  • Analyzing stakeholder needs and impacts and developing pragmatic change interventions to maximize user uptake and embed new technology solutions within the business

This is a fixed-term full-time opportunity to 30 June 2024, with flexible hybrid work arrangements. Team attendance at our Redfern office every Tuesday is required.
