
Key Account Business Partner

Nationwide Group is the largest provider of emergency roadside assistance and specialist towing and transport solutions in Australia. As a key account business partner, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and strengthening our business relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain our contracts database, ensuring version control and identifying key contractual requirements.
- Client relationship management - arrange regular meetings with key clients, take minutes, and manage action items to completion.
- Marketing - report on key website metrics.
- CRM Maintenance - keep client details up-to-date and report on business development pipeline and customer satisfaction matrix.
- Tender management - manage the tender submission process and provide feedback on unsuccessful tenders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a similar client relationship setting.
- Experience with tender documentation processes and management.
- Proven ability to be discrete and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
