An exciting opportunity for a Customer Business Partner has arisen to take a leadership role within the Customer Success Community driving our partnership with one of our key customer partners. The focus of this role is to deliver annual financial targets (total sales and operating profit), while leading a customer focused squad who can think and act both short and long term, achieving the triple win for our customers, our people, and our business. This will be achieved through advanced levels of customer engagement, creating exceptional customer experiences, ensuring all interactions are executed with precision and accuracy, and that marketing strategies and campaigns are successful within the market.
You will lead the Customer Success Community's Customer Business Partner Squad, ensuring commercial excellence in everything we do, and that the customer truly feels that we are a key partner to them, helping them to achieve their goals. Collaboration is key in this role and therefore you will work hand in hand with all communities across Roche Diagnostics Australia (RDA). You will specifically collaborate with Account Managers, Finance Business Partners, Strategy and Solutions, Commercial Excellence and all Business support functions to ensure you deliver success to your community.
As the Customer Business Partner, you will be the single point of contact and principal trusted advisor for C-Suite engagement of our key account and maintain awareness of all activities within their sites while including other RDA specialists to complement your interactions. To support a matrix-working environment, you will provide frequent updates to the broader RDA team to foster inclusion and transparency.
Your role will require outstanding communication and networking skills and through mentoring and coaching a cross-functional squad, you will entrust and empower them to make decisions. You will work with your team to remove any roadblocks that may get in the way of success and equip them to be the best version of themselves every day.
You will help foster a culture of continuous feedback, accountability and passion for making a difference in patient's lives. The customer is to be at the centre of everything you do and you will play a part in achieving the RDA vision of better outcomes for everyone in Australia.
As a member of the Customer Success Leadership Team, you will have responsibility towards supporting the success of the entire community and are required to think and operate at a higher level.

To be successful in this position you will be an experienced Sales Leader of complex sales. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
Outstanding communication and networking skillsYou will have extensive market knowledge with 7+ years' experience coupled with an entrepreneurial flair, curiosity, resilience and tenacityStrong and proven C-suite engagement experience with a demonstrable record of accomplishmentDemonstrated leadership experience to lead and motivate a team without direct reporting authority and proven ability to effectively direct resources as required by the customerEstablished and strong relationships within the customer C-Suite ideally with a respected position as a trusted advisor within your current or previous roleKnowledge of the financial, business and sustainability priorities of the customer with an in-depth knowledge of their values, needs, KPI's and future goalsProven ability to delegate, empower, coach and mentorBe results driven with a proven ability to provide feedback and hold a team accountableHighly developed financial and commercial acumenCommitment and passion to succeedThe ability to think and plan strategicallyStrong analytical skills and the ability to set and manage budgetsIdeally be able to work in an agile way using agile methodologiesHigh computer literacy and technical abilityAbility to travel interstate and internationally as required by the position
