About the Role

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling and administration, with strong organisational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rostering: Develop and maintain accurate rosters to meet care minute targets; coordinate replacement of unplanned vacant shifts; manage agency staff attendance records; verify and maintain accuracy of system entries.
  • Payroll: Clear daily timekeeping functions; review staff punches for accurate attendance; manage overtime entries; review entitlements; process fortnightly payroll reconciliations; ensure timely completion.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional support to centre managers and staff; build relationships with internal stakeholders; respond to inquiries with empathy and accuracy; maintain high service levels and balance priorities.
Requirements
  • Genuine appreciation for values and ethos of the organisation.
  • Experience in similar scheduling or administrative role; knowledge of industry operational needs.
  • Strong secretarial, administrative and organisational skills; ability to learn accreditation requirements; excellent time management and prioritisation; ability to work independently; clear and professional communication across all levels.
