Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you'll partner with senior leaders at top organisations to drive project workstreams including planning, facilitation, analysis, design and execution. You'll also build strong client relationships and contribute to the team's growth and development.

  • Co-design organisational strategies to address complex challenges
  • Deliver high-impact projects by driving planning, facilitation, analysis, design and execution
  • Establish and cultivate key client relationships
  • Support the team's onboarding, mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Organisational Design, Transformation or Change Management in consulting or relevant industry roles
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse data and generate insights
  • Intellectually curious and commercially astute
  • Capacity to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment
