As a data migration specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' data journeys. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and implementing data migrations that align with their strategic objectives.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Participation in data migration design, development, and execution activities;">
  • Creation of technical documentation and supporting design documents;">
  • Collaboration with functional data consultants to deliver high-quality solutions;">
  • Effective communication and guidance of business stakeholders throughout the migration process;">
  • Providing timely status reports and contributing to the upskilling and training of junior team members;">
  • Ownership of assigned programs and processes.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • ">
  • Experience on at least one project in an SAP technical role using BODS, LTMC, or LSMW;">
  • Expertise in SAP BODS integration with Non-SAP/SAP and S4HANA systems;">
  • A thorough understanding of the BODS landscape and architecture;">
  • Experience in data migration reconciliation and verification;">
  • Strong requirements gathering and design document completion skills;">
  • Ability to create and complete technical documents efficiently.">

Desirable Qualifications

In addition to the required qualifications, it would be beneficial to have:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors;">
  • Industry experience in Finance, HR, Payroll, or Procurement;">
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills;">
  • Delivery experience on SAP Data Migration projects.">
