Job Overview

This key role transforms police service delivery and operating models to better serve the community.

The successful candidate plays a crucial part in the ongoing development of the Staff Allocation Model, leading consultation with stakeholders and innovative solutions to improve data capture.

The team works collaboratively with technical specialists and support staff to achieve organisational goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • High-level interrogation and analysis of data to support the design of data inputs.
  • Consultation with stakeholders to discuss and promote the capture and collation of data.
  • Expert advice on key outputs relating to demand data.
  • Development of solutions to address demand input gaps.
  • Technical support to mature demand outputs in the model.
  • Leading projects to develop and design modules yet to be fully matured.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with:

  • Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in data management and design.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Strong written skills directly related to data analysis.
  • Familiarity with datasets and systems is preferable.
