  • This hybrid position encompasses farming and hunting, requiring strong collaboration with Sales and Consulting teams to take Fractal services and products into VIC Govt.
  • You will develop and close new opportunities, renewals, and maintain strong customer relations in line with our unique propositions.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline performance and bring insights and experience in areas such as Analytics, Data and Cloud Engineering, Business Intelligence, and digital transformation.
  • Lead cross-functional team collaboration to support business opportunities and initiate solution conversations, programs, and resources across the region to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Manage Department Head relations at clients and generate executive-level leads through professional networking and conducting face-to-face or virtual sales meetings.
  • Convert opportunities through consultative selling, manage full negotiation and close process, and handle project transitions to Engagement Managers.
  • Work closely with consulting and capabilities teams to grow the footprint, demonstrate commercial agility and acuity, and effectively articulate our value proposition and diagnose client business needs.
