Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Goldmark. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, maintenance, and overall operational efficiency of our stores and support office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all aspects of facilities maintenance, including scheduling repairs, managing relationships with contractors, and overseeing daily and seasonal cleaning schedules.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular reviews of repair and maintenance expenses to identify areas for cost savings and improve budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative requirements, including electrical equipment testing and tagging and fire safety protocols.
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High level of professionalism and work ethic, with a focus on delivering quality results and exceeding expectations.
