This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a position in an organisation providing legal services to vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the change and communication strategy for the LSS project.
  • Lead a team of experts to design and deliver effective change management for the LSS project.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior management and the project board on organisational change management principles, processes, and tools for the LSS project.
  • Develop and deliver structured training sessions on change management.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders to promote the benefits of the LSS project.

The LSS project will focus on replacing the core business system. As the Change Manager, you will work with internal and external stakeholders and the LSS project team to lead and deliver project organisational change activities related to the replacement of the LAQ Office system.

In This Role You Will:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change implementation metrics, including business readiness targets, engagement activity, training design and deployment activities.
