As a Customer Experience Champion at JB Hi-Fi, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various sales channels, including phone and live chat. This is a casual role that requires a flexible approach to work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales targets by focusing on customer needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and services through regular training and development opportunities.
- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded in every interaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a sales environment.
