This Role:


We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective loyalty strategies and operations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement loyalty programs that enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and manage operating expenses.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the loyalty team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 10 years of experience in loyalty leadership or a related field.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
