About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
You will work closely with customers to ensure they activate and utilize their commercial products, identify cross-sell opportunities, and educate them on ANZ's digital business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with ANZ's products and services to provide informed guidance to customers.

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping small business owners succeed.
Key skills and experience include:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of ANZ's products and services, or a willingness to learn.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services environment.
