Key Role:

Susquehanna, a global quantitative trading firm, seeks a senior technology leader to drive innovation in our APAC exchange Connectivity team based in Sydney, Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-performance applications that meet demanding scalability goals in a trading environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and deliver low-latency exchange connectivity applications using C++ on Linux.
  • Lead software engineers and projects from inception to deployment.
  • Collaborate with quants, traders, and other teams to develop impactful trading tools and services.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
  • At least five years of experience as a senior technology lead.
  • Experience with exchange connectivity technology and object-oriented programming.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of software development lifecycle and performance optimization methodologies.
