- Built strong relationships with property developers, tenant representatives, corporate real estate teams, and design stakeholders.
- Lead sales initiatives and convert pitches into built projects, partnering with internal strategy, design, and delivery teams.
- Ensure projects meet client goals, delivering on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality.
- Demonstrated BDM success in commercial interiors, fit-out, or commercial construction.
- Strong network across the real estate and workplace design sectors.
- Proven track record in exceeding revenue targets.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, design-led environment.
