
Growth-Driven Business Developer

This is a highly strategic role where you will play a crucial part in helping us drive business growth through our sales efforts.
You will be working closely with our Account Executives and other team members to initiate contact with potential customers, move quality leads through the sales funnel, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, process-driven, and a team player. You should have superior communication skills and be interested in our sector.
About the Role:
- Initiate contact with potential customers through outreach and follow-ups.
- Move quality leads through the sales funnel and schedule meetings with AEs and Associate AEs.
- Research and prospect ASX-listed companies, identifying key decision-makers, and generating interest in our offering.
- Build relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning.
- Maintain accurate sales data and documentation by using tools including Hubspot.
- Test and recommend outreach strategies and best practices to refine our sales process.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimise targeting and messaging.
- Work closely with AEs and Associate AEs on lead handover and first calls.
