Senior People and Culture Business Partner

We are seeking a permanent full-time Senior People and Culture Business Partner who will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives while actively engaging in day-to-day HR operations.
This role involves both implementing and shaping HR policies and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Offer advice, support, and coaching to supervisors/line managers on employee relations, performance development, and policy matters
- Lead by example promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on people-related matters
- Implement key HR projects and strategies, ensuring clear communication and support throughout
- Contribute to designing and executing employee engagement activities
- Maintain a strong HR presence, addressing employee queries promptly and efficiently
- Engage in professional networking opportunities, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with legislation including the SCHADS and Nurses Awards
We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day HR operations and problem-solving, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey HR policies and initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a high level of empathy and understanding to address employee concerns and foster a supportive work environment.
Demonstrated experience partnering with operations with a focus on capability, employee experience, and sustainable growth is highly desirable.
