About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and leading our People & Culture team during a period of exciting growth and expansion.

As the Senior Manager of People & Culture, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for:

  • Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the People & Culture function and team, ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement.
  • Acquisitions: Lead the people aspects of integrating newly acquired businesses, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing employee engagement.
  • Culture & Values: Champion our company culture and values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

Your days will include:

  • Engaging with key stakeholders, particularly the members of the Senior Leadership Team, to build and maintain trusted relationships and drive engagement across the organization.
  • Ownership of the HR function - a mix of strategic, HR practices and planning, as well as hands-on operational, providing HR support and training and guidance across the company to lift engagement and drive standardization.
  • Enhancing the Employee Journey Life Cycle to attract, retain, and inspire our people.
  • Shaping and driving the culture engagement strategy.
  • Standardizing HR systems and processes across the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR team and broader organization.

The role requires a solid understanding of changing organizational environments and a strong HR foundation. Overall, this role is designed for someone who can successfully lead HR initiatives with a focus on strategic alignment, cultural engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Senior HR Leader who is forward-thinking, astute, and resilient. The ideal candidate should have experience in a consulting/professional services/engineering services sector, possess a strategic mindset, and be capable of driving impactful HR initiatives.

A strong emphasis is placed on accountability, ensuring that the HR function remains aligned with ClearCompany's broader goals and objectives.

Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, a minimum of 10 years' experience leading a team or function within a consulting/professional services/engineering services sector (SME) is required.
