Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our Global HR Team in Australia. This role will be responsible for delivering people and culture services to our Australian workforce, working closely with local leaders and over 150 employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain a Positive Culture
Develop and maintain a culture that aligns with business needs and increases employee engagement, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Provide Quality Advice and CoachingProvide quality, timely advice and coaching support to managers on employee relations and industrial relations issues, ensuring effective management of employee performance and development.
Coach and Develop ManagersCoach managers and coordinate the development and effective implementation of action plans and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
Manage Employee Life CycleManage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage Grievances and Disciplinary MattersManage grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff-related complaints, providing advice, mediation, or investigation as required.
Requirements- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field.
Generalist HR BackgroundDemonstrated success in a generalist HR role, with experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
Proven Track RecordProven track record in facilitating change and influencing outcomes, with experience in coaching and developing managers.
Strong Business Partnering SkillsProven experience as a strong business partner, with ability to influence, coach, and persuade managers, and provide guidance as appropriate.
Values-Driven LeadershipValues-driven and influential approach to leadership, with a strong understanding of workplace health and safety, injury management, and workcover management.
