Church Leader Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Church Leader to oversee our mission and community efforts in the region. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic services to those in need.

  • Develop and implement integrated programs that support our organization's mission and address local community needs.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop, implement, and review local mission plans aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Build deep relationships with the community and create sustainable initiatives to address their needs (in partnership with leaders).
  • Provide spiritual guidance and care to the community with sensitivity and compassion.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Nowra, NSW. We offer a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Community Connect Hub to ensure it is welcoming and promoting of our organization's priorities.
  • Inspire staff and volunteers to contribute meaningfully to the hub's objectives.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with service providers to meet community needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership, pastoral capabilities, and demonstrated effectiveness in evangelism and discipleship.
  • Bachelor of Ministry or Theology or other formal training preferred.
  • A strong commitment to our organization's mission and values.
