Guest Relations Role Overview

Youthworks Conference Centres provide a temporary community space for groups to foster relational and personal growth, partnering with schools, churches, and like-minded groups through networking, collaboration, and ministry facilitation.

The Conference Centre is committed to proclaiming the gospel through interactions with guests and staff.

About the Guest Relations Function:
  • No late evenings: Shifts conclude at 8pm (with minimal exceptions)
  • No split shifts
  • Two consecutive days off each week - 38 hour workweek
Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality guest-centered service
  • Oversee day-to-day management of guest relations across a 7-day operation
  • Host Conference Centre guest groups
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality or guest services
  • Experience with planning and managing events
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Knowledge of industry and safety standards
  • Strong work ethos and ability to collaborate with various staff
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Personal Christian faith
  • Hospitality or leadership/management qualifications
  • RSA Certification
  • Food Handling Certificate
  • Experience managing budgets
Additional Information:

A current driver's license and private vehicle are essential due to limited public transport near the Shoalhaven Conference Centres.
