Lead Educator Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as a Centre Director. This permanent, full-time role will require the successful candidate to mentor, coach and inspire educators to achieve excellence in teaching, learning and care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving quality through the delivery of innovative, play-based educational programs
  • Being present on the floor when needed to foster strong connections with children and staff
  • Communicating clearly with the team, families and key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Building community relationships and championing quality through the Assessment & Rating process

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or Director role within early childhood education.

They will possess strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant early education legislation and compliance frameworks, as well as excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
