Job Title: Therapy Team Leader

About the Role

As a Therapy Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians in a multidisciplinary approach to therapy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 7-8 clinicians (OT, PT, and SP)
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Relevant qualifications in allied health
  • Current AHPRA registration or willingness to attain it
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities
