Overview of the Role:


In a part-time capacity, this Client Care Specialist position enables individuals to share their recovery journey and provide consumer-driven services. The role involves working every 5th Saturday from 7:00am to 3:30pm at our Adult Residential Unit in Maryville, IL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consumer-centric support.
  • Demonstrate traits like personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness.
  • Facilitate access to community resources for consumers.
  • Attend meetings and consumer staffings to develop program initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisor, and facility staff to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment.
  • Respond to calls, manage mail distribution, and oversee video surveillance equipment where applicable.
  • Promote trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
