About The Role
  1. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
  2. Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, fostering a passionate and driven environment.
  3. Train and develop your team to enhance their skills and performance continually.
  4. Manage inventory effectively, maintaining stock levels to meet customer needs.
  5. Create a visually appealing and safe shopping environment.
  6. Collaborate with fellow leaders and departments to contribute to overall store success.
About You
  1. Proven experience in retail leadership with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with team members and customers.
  3. Strong leadership qualities, capable of building a high-performing team.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities effectively.
  5. Hands-on approach, ready to get involved to ensure smooth store operations.
