Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality services to students with disabilities, ensuring seamless coordination and effective support.

  • Service Delivery:
  • Manage the provision of expert advice and support by the Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program.
  • Lead and manage the implementation of effective reasonable adjustments for students with disability.
  • Provide targeted teaching interventions for students requiring additional support.
  • Support classroom teachers in accessing specialist services, professional development, and resources as needed.

Additionally, the successful applicant will participate in school decision-making processes, contribute to school goals and vision, and implement systems to monitor student progress.

  • Collaboration and Partnerships:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, government agencies, and community groups to support students with disability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in special education or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
