Job Title: Community Support Worker">

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life as a Community Support Worker. You will help individuals with disabilities build confidence, develop life skills, and participate fully in their community.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily living support such as personal care, meal preparation, and light household tasks
  • Supporting clients to engage in fun, social, recreational or educational activities
  • Promoting independence and skill-building through everyday routines
  • Being a friendly, trusted presence in your clients' lives and building strong relationships
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in disability work
  • Great communication skills – approachable, respectful, and a good listener
  • A positive attitude and a sense of humour – because joy matters
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow routines and record progress

In addition, it would be beneficial to have:

  • A current NSW driver's licence
