">About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Fitness Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and services to our members.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will be responsible for implementing and managing fitness programs, conducting workshops and classes, and providing customer service to our members.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about health and fitness and wants to make a difference in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage fitness programs for our members
  • Conduct workshops and classes on various aspects of health and fitness
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (minimum Certificate III in Fitness)
  • Registered Fitness Leader (AUSactive, Fitrec, Physical Activity Australia or equivalent)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Experience in a leisure environment working to strict parameters to achieve pre-set targets
  • Experience working with schools, corporate groups, sporting clubs and/or associations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
