We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of various projects, ensuring timely project completion and supporting related initiatives.

This role is responsible for coordinating with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Delivery: Assist in managing public domain and building construction projects, ensuring they meet design, program, budget, and brief requirements.
  • Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and cooperation.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Track and report on project status, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact delivery.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all projects adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, architecture, urban design, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Substantial experience in managing infrastructure or building projects in the public or private sector.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects (minimum 4 years' relevant experience).
  • Strong knowledge of administering construction contracts, including AS 4902 Design & Construct and AS 4000 Construct Only.
