About the Role

PETstock Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Coordinator to join our South Melbourne Support Office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow and control of inventory across our network of stores through replenishment, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use historical data and insights to create and manage forecasts for baseline, seasonal, and promotional sales for assigned categories.
  • Ensure forecasts are aligned with Supply Chain team targets for inventory availability and stock turn.
  • Manage excess inventory after promotional periods in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure inventory holdings are sufficient to cover promotional forecasts and strategies.
  • Maintain replenishment parameters for product, supplier, and store scheduling.
  • Track and report on supplier DIFOT performance and collaborate with suppliers to improve store delivery efficiency.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated capability in retail inventory management and replenishment analysis, strong numerical skills, excellent organisational skills, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
