About the Role

PETstock Pty Ltd is a leading pet care company that values its team members and strives to create a positive work environment. As a Replenishment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow and control of inventory across our network of stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage forecasts for baseline, seasonal, and promotional sales for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain team targets for inventory availability and stock turn.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage excess inventory after promotional periods.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure inventory holdings are sufficient to cover promotional forecasts and strategies.
  • Maintain replenishment parameters for product, supplier, and store scheduling.
  • Track and report on supplier DIFOT performance and collaborate with suppliers to improve store delivery efficiency.
About You
  • Demonstrated capability in retail inventory management and replenishment analysis.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
