We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at William Adams. As a key member of our Parts Inventory & Procurement team, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing stock levels across our dealership network.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular analyses to identify trends and variances.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage lead times and optimize supply chain processes.
- Adjust forecasts based on changes in market conditions and customer requirements.
- Generate regular reports on inventory performance, stock levels, turnover rates, and demand forecasts, and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, or a similar analytical role.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Proven planning and organizing ability.
- Ability to resolve problems, issues, etc. in a practical, timely, and professional manner.
