Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our Replenishment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the flow and control of inventory across our network of stores through replenishment, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Use historical data and insights to create and manage forecasts for baseline, seasonal, and promotional sales for assigned categories.
- Ensure forecasts are aligned with Supply Chain team targets for inventory availability and stock turn.
- Manage excess inventory after promotional periods in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure inventory holdings are sufficient to cover promotional forecasts and strategies.
- Maintain replenishment parameters for product, supplier, and store scheduling.
- Track and report on supplier DIFOT performance and collaborate with suppliers to improve store delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Demonstrated capability in retail inventory management and replenishment analysis.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
