  • Plan and schedule own work to meet required timelines and outputs.
  • Follow policies and procedures as relevant to scope of role and general employment.
  • Personal accountability over quality of personal and team output.
  • Ensure risks are accurately identified, contained and countermeasures are put in place.
  • Assist in measuring costs, efficiencies, and delivery of services and support service improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Ability to obtain a Defence security clearance (must be an Australian Citizen)
  • A tertiary qualification in either Business Management or Administration or other relevant qualification or experience.
  • Technical expertise and trade qualifications in either building, electrical or mechanical disciplines.
  • A high level of computer literacy including experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems, Microsoft Office applications and ability to use company specific databases and online systems.
  • Experience in Facility Management (Hard FM & Grounds)
  • Maintenance Engineering/Planning experience, including previous experience in Project management.

More than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
