Service Department Director

We are seeking a Service Department Director to oversee the development and enforcement of effective service processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.

This leadership role involves creating annual service goals and budget in alignment with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will schedule and assign jobs and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge.

About this role:

The Service Department Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective service processes that meet or exceed customer expectations. This includes creating and managing budgets, scheduling and assigning tasks, and reviewing work orders for completeness and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and enforcing service policies and procedures
  • Managing the service budget and forecasting expenses
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing service departments
