Service Delivery Director

This is a key executive leadership role responsible for the operational management of water supply services across irrigation, groundwater and rivers. The General Manager, Service Delivery oversees statutory functions, customer experience and technology-enabled service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead enterprise-wide service delivery across irrigation, groundwater and customer functions.
- Drive strategic transformation, operational excellence and digital innovation.
- Oversee large, multidisciplinary functions and influence major reforms to position Southern Rural Water as a future-ready, customer-centric and digitally-enabled organisation.
- A proven senior leader with extensive experience in operational leadership across water, utilities, infrastructure or complex regional service environments.
- A relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Management or a similar field.
- A strong record of driving service reform, managing risk, implementing digital innovation and navigating diverse stakeholder environments.
Negotiable across Southern Rural Water's major offices - Mitcham, Werribee, Maffra, Traralgon, Warrnambool with WFH and flexibility options.
