Job Description:

The Director Service Delivery, Asia Pacific is a leadership role that requires a strong background in strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading programs of work and service delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery team to ensure seamless project implementation, testing, and support
  • Develop and implement proven methodologies and technologies
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business outcomes
  • Drive technology and operational standards across the delivery organisation
  • Approve, maintain, and comply with Information Security Management System for ISO:27001 certification and security audits

Requirements:

  • Strong background in strategy and planning
  • Experience in leading programs of work and service delivery teams
  • Ability to drive and define technology and operational standards
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time, on budget, and at the required level of quality
