About Senior Accountant RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs;
- Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value;
- Work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients;
- Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner;
- Assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development;
- Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients;
- Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events;
- Help provide exceptional service to our clients;
- Suitable Candidate:
- Must have at least 4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice;
- Hold a Chartered Accountant qualification or be in progress;
- Have expertise using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks;
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Show strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients;
- Be proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
