Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the business, ensuring alignment with our company vision and values.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the business, including stores, merchandise, production, marketing, and people management.

Requirements
  • Proven GM-level experience in a similar retail organization, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • A deep passion for retail, product, sales, service, and people, with a customer-centric mentality and a retailer at heart.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience managing significant P&Ls and a deep understanding of financial levers across all areas.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, drive results, and build strong relationships.
  • A non-hierarchical approach, with the ability to get involved in the business and drive results at all levels.
