Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenancies, including allocations, changes, and vacancies
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Suite and internal IT systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct home visits to properties and investigate tenancy disputes and complaints
  • Manage property maintenance and conduct property inspections
  • Monitor rent and maintenance arrears, assess payments, and negotiate payment arrangements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in tenancy management
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence to learn additional IT systems
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
