Key Kitchen Professional Sought for Brisbane Airport

We are seeking an exceptional Key Kitchen Professional to join our team at Brisbane Airport. In this Full-Time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

  • Cooking and serving of customer meals to order
  • Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders
  • Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas
  • Setup or shutdown of kitchen
  • Assistance with daily stock take and rotation of stock
  • General Kitchen duties where required

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety practices
  • Valid food safety supervisor certificate
  • Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
